PRENATAL BODYWORK
In a modern society, sometimes its important to go out of our way to support our primal birthing bodies. After 26 weeks and beyond, I instruct birthing person and partner in their own home how to prepare the body. I specialize and instruct in Prenatal Comfort Measures, Optimization of Fetal Positioning using Gilligan's Guide, and Spinning Babies Aware Balances.
BIRTH DOULA
My one mission as a doula - is to make sure every birthing person felt educated, empowered, and supported during pregnancy birth, and beyond. I truly believe the reassurance, preparation and normalization of labor and birth can lead to confidence and allow natural childbirth to unfold.
